I called late in the day because I had a nail in my tire and new cars don’t come with spares anymore. So I was stranded an hour and a half from home. The dispatch told me I had to wait 45 min to an hour for them to come and get me, which was no big deal. I honestly expected it to be longer than he told me and sure enough about 50 min or so after I called, here came Jerry! He was so nice, very polite, he was professional and even offered me some lemonade! He called a tire shop for me to make sure they could get me in and he dropped me and my car off about 3 miles away. The tow was very reasonably priced. If I ever need a tow again out there, (hopefully not… but if I do…) I will call them again and I recommend them to anyone!

Although it was a long day for me and that driver that was dispatched to me,,he was very professional and knew what to do. And trust me in my industry I have dealt with a lot of different tow companies

Called Atlas to tow a car home that was left in a parking lot the previous night. Everything went great! fair price, and professional service. Will call them again!
They responded very quickly, even though I was in New Tampa. The driver was able to figure out how to get the stuck transmission into neutral, and had it at the mechanic in no time.

My rollback broke down, and I called atlas towing to get it home. The woman who took my call was very kind and understanding. The price was unbelievably awesome, and the service was great. I would definitely recommend them

Long story short. My car broke down on I-75 and unable to get a tow truck, was impounded as abandoned per FHP. The only good to the miserable 12 hours that followed were the kind and competent people who worked at Atlas Towing. I would like to thank Tom the driver of our tow truck. He was very patient and diligent in getting my car towing needs addressed. If I ever need a tow I would give Atlas my business and recommend them to friends.

They responded quickly and we’re extremely professional. My driver was incredibly courteous and showed a great amount of concern for me and was very understanding. He was sympathetic and even helped get me to my hotel. My car broke down 2 hours from home and an hour from my destination. I would absolutely use them again though I hope I don’t need to

Mike from Atlas called me right away to update me on the arrival of my tow operator. Mike was professional and very communicative. Eddie arrived and was was also very professional and communicative of the process. My vehicle broke down on a Friday nite and about 45 mins from where I needed to get towed. Eddie and I had great conversation and he is a great man. Eddie represented Atlas Towing very well. Having your car towed on a Friday nite , after sitting along side the rode for over an hour in the heat could have been nightmarish but thanks to Mike and Eddie , the day ended on a high note!!

Car was dead early in the morning. Called Atlas Towing & the person who answered was quick to help and provide an accurate price for the service. The tow truck driver called to verify site and was quick to get there. He was very capable with his job & had a friendly manner. I would definitely use Atlas Towing again.
